This productions goal was to bring Antigone into a modern world were we continue to question our leadership and see the pitfalls of someone all powerful. My lighting goal was to have a feel to the show that is very theatrical, but also still lead to it feeling like we are in a real world learning these lessons together. Color and form were the main attraction of this production which lead to a heightened realism that still borders the edge of abstractionism.
